Poka-Yoke Demo with Assembly Copilot

The video demonstrates how Assembly Copilot’s real-time guidance system trains and guides workers to efficiently and accurately complete complex assembly processes, increasing quality and productivity on the assembly line. Retrocausal’s CEO, Zeeshan Zia, demonstrates assembling a NETGEAR switch, following clear instructions projected directly onto the applicable sections of the workspace with each step.

Assembly Copilot doesn’t just display steps; it actively tracks progress. As a worker scans a barcode, the system recognizes the part and prompts for the next action. It even highlights subtle details like the correct screw bin. The demo shows how Assembly Copilot acts as a quality control partner. When a crucial step is missed, like tightening a screw, the system instantly detects the error and alerts the worker. Plus, there’s no need for manual confirmation as Assembly Copilot seamlessly integrates with tools like torque wrenches to verify completion in real time, which ensures quality throughout the assembly process without disrupting operator’s natural workflow.
